A nattering pooch has topped the list for the UK’s most watched YouTube videos of 2011. Worldwide, the video has nearly 77 million views. Animal lovers have tuned in to watch the unlucky dog being teased about juicy steaks and feeding the cat! The dog appears to mutter words in English, saying "You're kidding me!".

A funny spoof of the Royal Wedding starring lookalikes of Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry and the Queen came in second place. It was a clever marketing video by T-mobile, which is a perfect example of how online advertising is heading with companies shooting videos to market their products that go viral.

YouTube’s Trend Manager, Kevin Allocca, commented;

"The 10 most-watched YouTube videos of 2011 show that around the world, whatever language we speak, there are certain things that bring us together around a computer screen or mobile phone,"

To date the 10 most watched videos have recorded more than 285 million website views across the world since being uploaded online.
